这是一种实用新型结构的水泵叶轮,转子组件外部材质与叶轮下盖二次包塑材质均为塑料,避免由于不同材料导致热膨胀系数不一致导致冷热交替后产生间隙,大大降低了液体渗透腐蚀的风险;另外的,此结构中转子组件预先加工成组件结构,与叶轮下盖、轴承连接时直接采用整体式包塑,连接方式加工,加工方便,连接结构定,保证成品的合格率。

是一种磁感应传感器,磁环和霍尔元件组成感应组合,磁环随转子转动,霍尔感应随转子转动的磁环,磁环通常采用多对极(偶数),比如2对极、3对极、4对极等,每对极分为N、S两极。霍尔元件触发有全极、双极、单极极三种,现有热水器水流量传感器采用较多的是单极锁存方式,即N极和S极依次通过霍尔感应位置时输出一个脉冲信号,换句话说,就是一对极磁极输出一个脉冲信号,多对极磁极输出多个脉冲信号。非晶、纳米晶磁环(超微晶铁芯),开口切口气隙的方式,中间加入霍尔芯片等等,来实现对电流的监测采样等等目的。

这是一款专用于吊扇无刷直流电机用的多极外转子磁环,配132定子,材质为注塑铁氧体,内充16极(5N5S),具体尺寸是外径152.5mm,内径133.8mm,高度24-39mm,磁性强度在1650高斯左右.

风扇的叶片需要电机驱动从而转动。相对于有刷电机,直流无刷电机具有节能、启动转矩大、启动电流小、速度范围宽的优点。
