Shanxi Huiqiang Magnets Co., Ltd. was established in 1994. It is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research and development, design and production of sintered NdFeB permanent magnets and assemblies. The company has more than 300 employees, production capacity is 1,500 tons annually.

After more than 20 years of development, the company has advanced NdFeB permanent magnet material manufacturing technology, obtained several domestic and American invention patents, and passed ISO 9000 and ISO/TS 16949 quality management system certification. 1. Radially Oriented Ring Magnets

The  Radially Oriented Ring Magnet is oriented along the radial direction and can be multi-pole magnetized. Compared with traditional arc magnet, the assembly process is simplified, the cost is reduced and the utilization rate of raw materials is improved. Its excellent dimensional accuracy improves the dynamic balance performance of the motor. Flexible magnetization mode can control the waveform and magnetic field, so that the cogging torque and motor noise are reduced.  

2. Motor Magnet

NdFeB magnets are widely used in various motors, linear motors, etc, and can be made into laminated magnets to reduce eddy current loss. The use of grain boundary diffusion technology can also reduce the amount of heavy rare earth usage and improve cost advantages. It can produce new dual-high grades with higher remanence and intrinsic coercivity that cannot be produced by traditional technology.

3. NdFeB Arc Magnet

NdFeB Arc Magnet is basically used in permanent magnet motor, generator, magnetic drive and other products. Our arc magnet has high processing precision and good consistency. With the help of simulation analysis, we can simulate the most concerned technical indicators in the early stage of product development, including magnetic field strength, magnetic force, torque and other parameters.

4. Block Magnet

Neodymium iron boron magnets are rare earth permanent magnets made of neodymium, boron, iron and other trace elements. Our company can provide cube, rectangular and block-shaped conventional magnets with various grades, sizes and coatings, and the maximum size can reach 250 mm. It is widely used in nuclear magnetic resonance, magnetic separation, magnetic levitation, wind power generation and other fields.

5. Disc Magnets

Cylindrical neodymium iron boron magnets are a common processed shape and have a wide range of applications. You can see neodymium iron boron magnets from the lowest bag buckle to high-end speakers. The cylindrical magnets produced by our company have high magnetic declination angle control accuracy and good magnetic flux consistency.
