The SmFeN nitrides are manufactured through a unique and complete process of gas-solid reaction of SmFe alloy in the nitrogen atmosphere. This product has high intrinsic magnetic properties, including strong anisotropy field, large spontaneous magnetization and high Curie Temperature.

SmFeN磁粉适宜以注射、挤出、压延和模压等工艺方法制备成为各种形态的粘结磁体，其突出特点在于磁性均匀、机械强度高、成型工艺简单。磁粉平均粒径小，已做表面处理，抗氧化和抗腐蚀能力较强。

The SmFeN magnet powders can be easily processed into various shaped bonded magnets using a variety of adhesive and molding techniques such as injection molding, calendring, extrusion and compression, etc.. Well-distributed magnetic properties, high mechanical strength, submicron particle size and easy-molding are its outstanding advantages. The powders have been coated. Therefore, the powders have relatively stronger anti-oxidizing and anti-corruption abilities.

根据客户需求可提供以钐铁氮为基的粒料及多种方式成形的粘结磁体。该类磁体的磁路设计自由度大，便于制造异型、微型磁体；较大幅度缩小磁体体积、降低磁体重量；避免“涡流效应”，适应了电动马达高频、高转速的发展趋势。

The company can produce compounds and bonded magnets based on or mixed with SmFeN magnet powders. These magnets has more flexibility in magnetic circuit design, and is more suitable for micro magnet and irregular magnet; has smaller size and lower weight; help avoiding eddying effect, and suitable for the trend of development of high frequency and high speed motors.
