广东梅州磁性材料有限公司是一家专业生产磁性材料的“国家二级企业”，是梅州市市属国有企业--广东金雁工业集团有限公司的全资子公司，是中国电子材料行业协会磁性材料分会理事单位，是中国电子元件行业协会磁性材料与器件分会的会员单位。公司成立于1967年，注册资本2088万元，1996年获准自营进出口权，1997年通过ISO：9001质量管理体系认证和被认定为广东省高新技术企业，2008年第一批通过广东省的认定成为国家高新技术企业，2017年底完成公司制改造，2022年4月整体划入广东金雁工业集团有限公司成为其下的全资子公司。全部产品均符合欧盟ROHS、REACH环保指令要求，产品销往欧洲、中东、东南亚及中国国内市场，产品广泛应用于航天航空、电讯电声、汽车配件、家用电器、医疗器械、玩具、文教、办公用品和其他需要永磁动力的场合以主及需要赋予磁性的功能材料领域。

Guangdong Meizhou Magnetic Material Co., Ltd. is a national second level enterprise specializing in the production of magnetic materials. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Guangdong Jinyan Industrial Group Co., Ltd., a state-owned enterprise in Meizhou City. It is a member of the Magnetic Materials Branch of the China Electronic Materials Industry Association and a member of the Magnetic Materials and Devices Branch of the China Electronic Components Industry Association. It was established in 1967 with a registered capital of 20.88 million yuan. In 1996, it was granted self operated import and export rights. In 1997, it passed ISO: 9001 quality management system certification and was recognized as a high-tech enterprise in Guangdong Province. In 2008, it was among the first batch to be recognized as a national high-tech enterprise by Guangdong Province. At the end of 2017, the company completed its corporate restructuring and in April 2022, it was fully incorporated into Guangdong Jinyan Industrial Group Co., Ltd. ，as its wholly-owned subsidiary. All products comply with the EU ROHS and REACH environmental directives,and are sold to markets in Europe,the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and China.The products are widely used in aerospace,telecommunications and acoustics,automotive parts,household appliances, medical equipment,toys,cultural and educational, office supplies, and other applications that require permanent magnet power, as well as functional materials that require magnetic properties.
