粘结钕铁硼,Nd2Fe14B组成,是一种合成磁铁。粘结钕铁硼磁体是由快淬NdFeB磁粉和粘结剂混合通过“压制成型”或“注射成型”制成的磁体粘结磁体的尺寸精度高,可以做成形状相对复杂的磁性元器件,且具有一次成型、多极取向等特点。粘结钕铁硼机械强度高,可在成型时和其它配套元器件一次成型。

钐钴依据成分的不同分为SmCo5和Sm2Co17,分别为第一代和第二代稀土永磁性材料。由于其原材料十分稀缺,价格昂贵而使其发展受到限制。钐钴(SmCo)作为第二代稀土永磁体,不但有着较高的磁能积(14-28MGOe)和可靠的矫顽力,而且在稀土永磁系列中表现出良好的温度特性。与钕铁硼相比,钐钴更适合工作在高温环境中。


SmCo is divided into SmCo5 and Sm2Co17 according to its composition, which are the first and second generation rare earth permanent magnetic materials respectively. Its development is limited by the scarcity and high price of its raw materials. As the second generation of rare earth permanent magnets, samarium cobalt (SmCo) not only has high magnetic energy product (14-28MGOe) and reliable coercivity, but also has good temperature characteristics in the series of rare earth permanent magnets.
