Precision sintered NdFeB magnets offer extremely high magnetic performance and accuracy, making them suitable for a variety of high-performance driving devices. We can produce magnets with minimum dimensions, including disk diameters of 0.2mm, square sides of 0.3mm, ring outer diameters of 0.75mm with inner diameters of 0.25mm. The thickness tolerance is ≤0.02mm, and the concentricity is ≤0.02mm. The maximum production size reaches 300mm in diameter and 100mm in the orientation direction. We can stably produce grades such as N56 and 54M. By optimizing the production process and reducing the use of heavy rare-earth elements, costs can be reduced by up to approximately 30%, demonstrating our advantages in cost control and environmental friendliness. Our bonded neodymium iron boron products are renowned for their exceptional machining accuracy, ensuring high performance and reliability.
