BK-EM6000-Ⅰ无刷电机测试系统,通过测功机给无刷电机加载,配套专用仪器,可以测试无刷电机的常规参数、无刷电机控制器输入、输出参数、无刷控制器的效率及整机效率,记录保存所有数据和曲线; 适用于无刷电机及无刷电机控制器的研发测试、生产测试。


The BK-EM6000-Ⅰ brushless motor test system is designed to test brushless motors and controllers. It uses a dynamometer to load the motor and comes with specialized instruments to measure the motor's basic parameters, as well as the input and output parameters of the controller. The system can also measure the efficiency of the controller and the overall efficiency of the system. It records and saves all data and curves, and is suitable for research and development testing as well as production testing of brushless motors and controllers.

The BK-EM7000-I stepper motor test system can test the detent torque of the stepper motor at different frequencies. It can control the motor being tested in various modes and perform testing based on preset steps and procedures, recording and saving all data and curves. It is mainly used for research and development testing of stepper motors.

BK-EM9000-Ⅰ伺服电机测试系统,是通过伺服电机给被测电机加载,通过高精度转矩转速传感器及高精度功率计读取参数,可实现测量被测电机的常规参数,以及稳态测试、动态测试、耐久性测试、堵转测试、工况测试、温升测试、正反转测试、反电动势测试等等,主要用于被测电机的研发测试。

  

The BK-EM9000-I servo motor test system loads the motor being tested through a servo motor, uses high-precision torque-speed sensors and power meters to measure the motor's conventional parameters, and is able to perform steady-state testing, dynamic testing, durability testing, locked rotor testing, working condition testing, temperature rise testing, forward and reverse testing, back electromotive force testing, etc.  It is mainly used for research and development testing of the motor being tested.

BK-TM9000-II反电动势测试系统,将被测电机拖动至规定的转速,由反电动势测试系统快速检测反向电动势最大值、Rms值、频率,电机转速,转向,并绘制三相电动势波形图;

能够显示霍尔Hu、Hv、Hw波形;能够显示电机反电势波形与霍尔波形的相位差。从而验证设计产品是否满足技术要求。


The BK-TM9000-II Back Electromotive Force Test System is used to quickly detect the maximum value, Rms value, frequency, rotation speed, direction, and draw three-phase electromotive force waveform diagram of the reverse electromotive force of the tested motor when the motor is dragged to the specified speed. It can display the waveforms of Hall sensors Hu, Hv, and Hw and show the phase difference between the motor's reverse electromotive force waveform and Hall sensor waveform. This is used to verify whether the designed product meets the technical requirements.
