EM-潜溶仪是一种全新的漆包线脱漆设备：能在3-8秒内快速脱除各种耐热等级的铜/铝漆包线（QZY-XY，QZY-2/180级以上均可）。配套的药剂无需加热，常温操作，不伤手，无气味，环保；脱漆后不伤基材、根部整齐；可批量脱除多股线的漆膜，可组合成自动化脱漆+上锡流水线。

BT-环保溶漆剂是利用有机溶剂对多数漆膜起溶解溶胀作用，由设备给予辅助，通过这种作用快速剥离漆包线表面的漆膜。适用于各种耐热等级的铜/铝漆包线；无毒环保，对基材无腐蚀性；配合EM-潜溶仪/脱漆机使用能产生优良的脱漆效果。

BT- enamelled wire stripper  is the use of organic solvents for most of the film dissolution swelling role, assisted by the equipment, through this role to peel off the metal surface of the film. 产品介绍

漆包线脱漆剂专用于音圈、变压器、电机等漆包线去漆，根据不同的耐热级别及不同线材采用不同产品脱漆。产品有BT-112强力漆包线脱漆剂、BT-105快速包线脱漆剂、BT-101A/B剥离剂等，BT-112应用于耐温级别为180（H）、200（H+）、220（C）漆包铜线、铝线线头脱漆；BT-105应用于耐温级别为130（B）、155（F）漆包铜线、铝线脱漆，脱漆速度快；BT-101A/B应用于音圈线EI线的去漆。
