1、磁滞测功机测试系统

     Hysteresis Dynamometer Test System

产品介绍

磁滞测功机系统是基于磁滞测功机，加载控制器，电参数仪等外围测试设备，通过LabVIEW编译的软件控制实现对电机性能的综合测试。

可以计算并显示多个参数（扭矩，转速，输出功率，电压，电流，输入功率，效率，转向等），能够进行扭矩转速开闭环控制及根据客户要求订制。

Hysteresis dynamometer test system is being developed base upon the hysteresis dyna-mometer, loading controller and power meter and so on, the software control compiled by LabVIEW realizes the comprehensive test of motor performance. It can calculate and display multiple parameters (torque, speed, output-power, voltage, current, input- power, efficiency, direction, etc.). It is capable of open loop/closed loop control on speed or torque, and can be customized upon the request of customer.

2、伺服电机加载测试系统

     Servo Motor Loading Test System

产品介绍

该系统配置伺服测功机来进行测试，采用交流变频回馈加载，加载能量通过交流负载发电机回馈给负载电阻消耗能量；扭矩、转速通过扭矩传感器直接测量，功率分析仪检测电流、电压、频率和功率因素等，通过软件自动过检测，显示并完成数据处理和报表曲线。

This system equipped with a servo dyna-mometer for motor loading performance test. Adopts AC frequency conversion feed-back loading,  the energy is being consumed by resistors through the loading generator; torque and speed are measured directly by torque sensor,  and the power analyzer detect the current, voltage, frequency and PF etc. Then automatically detect, display and complete the data processing and forms, curves through software.

五工位电机寿命测试系统是电机模拟负载耐久测试的专用设备。该系统由磁滞制动器，恒流源，工装夹具，工控机，联轴器，控制器，测试台和测试软件等组成，五个独立通道互不干涉，能快速，精准的检测被测电机的电流，温度等参数。

Five-station motor life test system is a cus-tomized system for motor durability test by applying simulation load. The system consists of hysteresis brake, constant current source, fixture, IPC, coupling, controller, test bench, test software and other components. Five independent station can quickly and accurately test the motor current,  temperature and other parameters without interference.
